Achille Marati

Achille Marati holds extensive experience in IT governance, infrastructure management, and real estate advisory. As the Head of IT Governance & Infrastructure at Intrum since December 2018, Achille oversees IT governance and infrastructure management, as well as facility management. Prior roles at Intrum include Project Manager, coordinating key initiatives across the organization, and Senior Real Estate & NPL Manager, focusing on portfolio analysis and market studies. Achille previously served as a Senior Real Estate Specialist at Intesa Sanpaolo and an Office Manager at DFP Engineering, where responsibilities included managing complex projects. Earlier career positions included Technical Manager at Paolo De Luca Costruzioni Generali and independent Architect, as well as technical office head at Progetti Europa & Global S.p.A. Achille holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
