Gert Brouwer

Gert Brouwer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process architecture and Lean methodologies. Currently serving as a Process Architect LEAN at Intrum since June 2019, Gert focuses on the architecture and optimization of business processes for Intrum Nederland, including the development of new processes and the standardization across merged entities. In addition to this role, Gert owns Aim North, providing Lean training in partnership with b-lean! consultancy, and operates WaterLodges, managing the construction and rental of houseboats for vacations. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager and LEAN Consultant at Intrum and Lindorff, where Gert was responsible for process setup in core systems and Lean implementation. Gert has also held managerial positions in business and process improvement at Transfair, and has a diverse background in the insurance and financial sectors, with a focus on process management and operational efficiency.
