Jens Kullander

Jens Kullander has over a decade of experience in the legal field. Since 2018, they have been working as the Legal Director at Intrum, where they focus on investments in non-performing loans, M&A, financing, and other commercial agreements in various European countries. Prior to that, Jens worked at Dustin Group as a Senior Legal Counsel, where they assisted with corporate legal matters and regulatory issues in the Nordic countries. Jens also had a secondment at Dustin Group, where they served as a Legal Counsel. Before joining Dustin Group, Jens worked at G Grönberg Advokatbyrå AB as a Senior Associate and Advokat, specializing in M&A, corporate finance, due diligence, and cross-border transactions.

Jens Kullander attended Uppsala University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a law degree (jur. kand. LLM). In 2010 to 2011, they also studied at The University of Sheffield, although the degree and field of study were not specified. Additionally, Jens Kullander obtained certifications in PRINCE2 Practitioner and PRINCE2 Foundation from PeopleCert in 2017.
