Leslie Holm

Leslie Holm has extensive experience in the field of collections and customer service, holding various positions at Intrum since January 2017, including Implementeringskonsulent, Teamleder, Supervisor, and Inkassorådgiver. Prior experience consists of a decade at Lindorff, where responsibilities included coaching and training personnel, developing internal tools, ensuring operational consistency, and managing a team of call center consultants. Leslie also held roles in creditor consulting and quality coordination. Additional experience includes a marketing internship at PANDORA A/S and a shop assistant position at Guldbageren Taastrup. Educational qualifications include a PBA in International Sales and Marketing and a degree in Marketing Economics from Niels Brock, as well as a HHX degree in Media and Design from CPH WEST.
