Lynn Kennedy

Lynn Kennedy currently serves as the Head of HR Business Partnering for the UK and Ireland at Intrum since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources across various organizations. Previously, Lynn held the position of Human Resources Director at Optivo from September 2020 to July 2022 and served as Head of People Business Partnering. Prior roles include HR Director at Altair Ltd, Area Director of Human Resources at NatWest Mentor, and various HRBP contract roles in London. Lynn's HR career began with roles such as HR Generalist at Investec Asset Management and HR Business Partner at Towergate Insurance, with a solid foundation developed at Royal Bank of Scotland and Aon Hewitt. Lynn holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Arts in HRM/Marketing from the University of Stirling.
