Marco Vitulli

Marco Vitulli has extensive experience in operations and collection management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Responsabile Phone Collection at Intrum since February 2018, Marco has also held positions as Coordinator of Phone & Field Collection and Head of Contact Centre & Back Office at GEXTRA. Prior to this, Marco worked at FBS Gestioni SpA as a Senior Asset Manager focusing on loss mitigation from January 2013 to January 2018, and at Gruppo Delta in several roles, culminating as Team Leader for both Collection Network Assistance and Customer Service Center at TARIDA SPA. Marco began the professional journey in the hospitality industry as a Chef de rang at Nicolaus Hotels from December 1996 to December 1999. Marco's educational background includes a diploma from Liceo Scientifico, completed in June 2001.
