Robert Merecki has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the IT and telecom industry. Robert started their career at NextiraOne, where they served as the Applications Integration Division Manager and Business and Technical Consulting Team Leader from 1999 to 2009. Robert then worked at Sygnity as a Call Center Expert from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they joined Integrated Solutions, a subsidiary of Orange Poland group, where they held the positions of Business Development Manager, Contact Center Department Manager, and Advanced IT Solutions Expert. In 2018, they transitioned to Asseco South Eastern Europe as an Account Manager until 2019. Currently, they are working at Intrum as a Technical Project Lead from April 2019.
Robert Merecki obtained a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from Warsaw University of Technology, where they studied from 1990 to 1996. In 2002 and 2003, they attended the SGH Warsaw School of Economics for postgraduate studies in Information Management Systems. In terms of additional certifications, Robert obtained various Genesys Cloud CX certifications, including AI - GPE & GPR Certification, Developer Certification, Outbound Certification, Quality Management Certification, Workforce Management Certification, and Scripting Certification. Robert also holds certifications such as ICHD - Interaction Center Handler Developer, IDCE - Interaction Dialer Certified Engineer, and ICCS - Interaction Center Core Specialist.
