Sofia Tsepletidou is currently the Head of Retail Unsecured Portfolios Management at Intrum Hellas, where they oversee the management of significant portfolios and present performance metrics to C-Level executives. Previously, they held roles at Deloitte Business Solutions, where they specialized in financial services consulting and regulatory compliance, and at Deloitte Greece, where they managed teams and led the design of banking systems. Sofia has extensive academic background in statistics, holding multiple degrees from Université Paris Dauphine, including a PhD candidacy in Applied Bayesian Statistics. They also gained research experience as a statistics intern at the Max Planck Institute and Inserm, focusing on advanced statistical modeling.
