Matt Ertel

Matt Ertel is an experienced System Technician at INTRUST IT since July 2013. Previously, Matt worked as a Back Of House Tech at Decision One from August 2012 to 2013, where responsibilities included repairing software, hardware, and networking issues for Microsoft clients. Prior to that, Matt served as a Geek Squad Tech at Best Buy from 2007 to 2012, focusing on educating clients on technology use and resolving issues by understanding their needs. Matt is a graduate of Lakota West High School.
