Richard Long is an experienced information technology professional with a focus on help desk support and technical services. Currently serving as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at Intrust IT since January 2022, Richard previously held roles as a Level 1 service desk technician at Nexigen and as a Senior Digital Service Technician at Canon Solutions America, specializing in the repair and maintenance of large scale printing systems. Richard's past experience also includes managing a valet team at Tristate Parking, working as an Audio Visual Technician at Prestige AV & Creative Services, and recording audio for wedding events at Lifetime Films. Richard holds a degree in Electronic Media from the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash and an Associate's degree in Integrative Studies from Northern Kentucky University.
