Shane Baksh

Shane Baksh is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and network management. Currently serving as a System Technician Tier 2 at Intrust IT since July 2019, Shane previously held the position of Network Technician at Gill Industries from February to November 2018. With a solid foundation in communications from time as a Sergeant in the US Army, Shane's responsibilities included managing USAR network accounts and handling various helpdesk functions. Shane also developed customer service skills during a long tenure as a Sales Associate at Finish Line from 2007 to 2016. Shane holds a degree in Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University, obtained between 2009 and 2016.
