Our methodology based on our manufacturing-oriented Kanban digital platform consists of:

-Determination of the best manufacturing process for each element.
-Request for proposals for each manufacturing process in our network of suppliers
-Deliver the customer of the different manufacturing options (prioritizing Term, Price or Quality)
-Distribution of each process to the most suitable supplier by price and term
-Detailed and daily monitoring of each supplier with full transparency to the buyer.
