Eli Rizk has extensive experience in talent development and acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Development Manager at INTTRA since May 2008, focusing on building a proactive pipeline of professionals for future hiring needs. Prior to this role, Eli held positions including Talent Acquisition Manager at GCI, where the development of a talent program was a key responsibility, and On-Site Program Manager at Bristol-Myers Squibb, overseeing staffing and operation functions for a contingent workforce. Additionally, Eli worked as a Recruiting Manager at Bear Stearns, managing recruiter training and workforce needs. Eli holds a B.S. in Molecular Cell Physiology from Monmouth University, obtained in 2004.
