Ashutosh Kale

Ashutosh Kale has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Ashutosh started as a Summer Intern at Asian Paints Ltd. in 2009. Ashutosh then worked as a Management Trainee at Aviva Life Insurance Company, where they managed Bancassurance sales and achieved significant growth. Ashutosh later became a Senior Manager, focusing on Distribution Strategy for Bancassurance.

In 2012, Ashutosh joined Airtel Digital as a Product Manager, leading the development of Airtel TV. Ashutosh played a key role in building strategic partnerships with major content providers and was responsible for launching Airtel TV Premium. Ashutosh also developed a platform to integrate video OTT services into the Airtel TV app. During their time at Airtel, the company's OTT service was recognized as a top contender for the GSMA 2018 Best Mobile Video Content Service award.

Starting in 2019, Ashutosh worked at Microsoft, initially as a Senior Product Manager Lead for Microsoft Teams, and later as a Principal Product Manager Lead. Ashutosh led the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for notifications and activity feed experience within Teams. Ashutosh was instrumental in developing a modular notification platform and revamped global notification settings, resulting in improved user satisfaction and increased usage. Ashutosh also collaborated with cross-geo teams to launch org-wide initiatives.

Most recently, Ashutosh joined Intuit as a Principal Product Manager, where they currently work. Further details about this role are not provided.
