Ben Stenhaug

Ben Stenhaug is a data science leader currently serving as a Data Science Manager specializing in causal inference at Intuit. They previously held positions such as Staff Data Scientist at Intuit and Senior Data Scientist at Realtor.com. As a co-founder of Itempool, Ben's innovations attracted over 200,000 users to a web app designed to assist educators in delivering interactive remote lectures. They have also contributed significantly to projects, including developing a predictive model for Ameriprise Financial that resulted in $3 million in reserve changes and leading the Data Science for Social Good program at Stanford University. Ben earned a PhD in Education and an MS in Statistics from Stanford University, complementing their extensive background in mathematics and statistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
