Benjamin Schenker

Benjamin Schenker is the proprietor of the Law Office of Benjamin Schenker, where they focus on the rights of the LGBT community and those practicing ethical non-monogamy, handling matters in family law, wills, trusts, estates, and taxation law. They have previously served as a tax associate at LowranceLaw and a tax consultant at Tax-Masters, along with experience as a law clerk at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, Inc., where they received the Outstanding Service Award and Wiley W. Manuel Award. Benjamin holds a Juris Doctor and an LL.M. in Taxation Law from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a B.A. in American Studies and Philosophy from Brandeis University. Currently, they also work as a manager at Intuit and have held various other roles that enhance their expertise in tax law and consultancy.
