Cathy Goode

Cathy Goode has over two decades of experience in marketing and customer experience, currently serving as Vice President of CS Ecosystem Growth and Retention at Intuit since April 1999. Cathy has held various leadership roles at Intuit, including Director of Customer Experience for the Small Business Self-Employed Group and Director of Marketing Strategy for both QuickBooks Online Accounting Portfolio and TurboTax. Prior to Intuit, Cathy worked as a Product Marketing Manager at HP from August 1996 to April 1999 and gained early experience as a Management Consultant at Arthur D. Little in 1995. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
