Chris Edge is a Solutions and Customer Experience Architect with extensive experience in conversational design and solutions architecture. They served as CTO and Solutions Architect at Integrated Voice Solutions from 2004 to 2020 and worked as a Senior Consultant at Edify from 1998 to 2003.
