Chris Schulz

Chris Schulz has extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Chris currently holds the position of Principal Engineer at Intuit, a role they have held since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Initek Consulting as a Senior Software Engineer / Architect from December 2017 to May 2019.

Before their role at Initek Consulting, Chris worked at NextGen Healthcare as a Product Architect from April 2016 to December 2017. Chris was responsible for creating and owning the technical backlog and was a strong advocate for security and HIPPA compliance.

From January 2012 to April 2016, Chris worked at Networkfleet, Inc. as a System Architect. Here, they utilized their skills in system integration to create a cohesive commander's view by integrating various systems for crisis incident management.

Their career began in 2000 as a Software Intern at NSI Communications, where they gained foundational experience before moving on to Northrop Grumman. At Northrop Grumman, Chris held the role of Software Engineer and served as the Principal Engineer for JCAMS from November 2002 to January 2012. Chris successfully developed a comprehensive system for crisis incident management, integrating sensor management, hazard prediction, and first responder communication.
