David Sullivan is the Vice President of Tax Regulatory Affairs at Intuit, a position held since 2016. Previously, they served as the Deputy Director of Revenue for the State of Delaware from 1997 to 2006 and later as the Tax Administrator for the State of Rhode Island from 2006 to 2015. Before joining Intuit, they worked as the Director of Legislative Consulting at Ryan from 2015 to 2016. David holds an Executive Education Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master of Science in Taxation from Widener University.
