Devang Dave

Devang Dave currently serves as the Head of Incident & Crisis Management for the Fintech Organization at Intuit, overseeing daily operations, third-party resiliency, and data analytics while developing strategic roadmaps and leading quality initiatives. Previously, Devang held the position of Sr. Manager in Incident & Crisis Management, where responsibilities included building and managing international teams and optimizing customer experiences. Devang's experience includes roles at Bank of America, where major incident management and recovery across global regions were key focuses. With a strong technical background as a Senior Software Engineer at Sonata Software, Devang possesses a comprehensive understanding of service operations and problem management, supported by a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science from VTU and further education from Cornell University.
