Eric Wu

Eric Wu is currently the Group Manager of Trust & Safety at Intuit, where they lead policy and investigations teams aimed at preventing fraud and abuse within the company's tax preparation products. Previously, they held roles such as Tax Fraud Policy & Analytics Manager and Principal Fraud Analyst, where they designed and implemented fraud prevention solutions leveraging machine learning and analytics. Earlier in their career, Eric worked at PwC as a Manager in Forensic Technology Solutions, focusing on data analytics and bridging the gap between technology and business. They earned a B.S. in Business with concentrations in Computer Information Systems, Business Process Management, and International Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
