Erik Owen is currently a Staff Security Engineer at Intuit, where they work on the Adversary Management Attack Surface Management Team, focusing on automating attack surface mapping and risk identification. They have previously held software engineering intern roles at Mocavo.com and Symantec, as well as at Intuit, contributing to the Cloud Security Team. Erik earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completing their degree in 2015. Outside of work, Erik enjoys various outdoor activities in San Diego, including surfing, mountain biking, and camping.
