Jenna Xu

Jenna Xu currently serves as the Head of Credit Risk at QuickBooks Capital, where they focus on credit risk management for consumer and small business products, utilizing innovative lending strategies. Previously, Jenna was a Senior Manager in Risk Management at Lending Club, leading credit strategy design and analytics. They have extensive experience in credit data management, team leadership, and analytics, having held roles at PNC as an AVP and in portfolio analytics. Jenna holds a Master's degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Pittsburgh and studied in a PhD program for Management Information Systems at the same institution.
