Jill Cai

Jill Cai is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in web marketing and product management. Currently serving as the Web Marketing Team Lead and Senior Web Marketing Manager at Intuit since February 2020, Jill previously held the position of Senior Web Marketing Manager for North America Merchant & Partner Strategy at PayPal from April 2016 to July 2019, where notable achievements included creating digital customer experiences for 4 million clients. Prior experience at American Express involved managing the Corporate Membership Rewards Product Management as well as the Charge Card Product Management. From February 2010 to December 2011, Jill contributed to L'Oreal - Pureology as a Marketing Coordinator, focusing on product development and brand strategy.
