Joel Chen

Joel Chen is an engineering leader and architect with a diverse background in software development and mentorship. Currently serving at ID.me, they previously held the role of Principal Architect and Technology Leader at Walmart eCommerce, where they led the development of the web platform for Walmart's eCommerce sites. Joel has also been a Distinguished Architect at Intuit and has contributed to open-source projects across several platforms. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
