Jonathan Rivera, MPH, is a healthcare and technology leader specializing in program delivery with over 8 years of experience in health tech, payer operations, and public health systems. Currently serving as Manager of Vendor Performance at Healthfirst, they lead a team managing over 800,000 annual prior authorizations, achieving more than $28 million in medical cost savings through KPI-driven performance frameworks. Previously, at Quartet Health, Jonathan accelerated the implementation of digital health products for major payers, unlocking over $20 million in recurring revenue. They have also held roles at various organizations, including NYC Health + Hospitals and Weill Cornell Medicine, where they contributed to strategic projects and management initiatives. Jonathan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and a Master’s degree in Public Health.
