Joseph Powers, PhD, is the Principal Data Scientist at Intuit, where they lead experimentation initiatives. They previously served as a Staff Data Scientist at Intuit and have held various roles, including Learning Scientist at Kidaptive, Inc., and Data Scientist at Genentech. Joseph completed a PhD in Developmental and Psychological Sciences from Stanford University, focusing on student-held beliefs and psychological interventions. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Research Lab Manager at Stanford and a Woodworking Artist in Residence at Shelburne Craft School.
