Kent Abney

Kent Abney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting, tax expertise, and financial management. Currently serving as Manager 1 at Intuit since August 2019 and owning Abney Business Consulting since January 2007, Kent provides a wide range of consulting services including tax, financial, estate, and personal guidance. Previous roles at Intuit/Turbo Tax included managing a team of CPAs and tax attorneys and providing expert tax advice. Kent has also held positions as Consulting CFO for Napa Flats, CPA/Tax Consultant at Reynolds & Franke, and founder of a successful law firm. Kent holds an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University.
