Keren Raphael

Keren Raphael currently serves as the Director, Head of Israel People & Places at Intuit since January 2023. Prior to this role, Keren held various leadership positions, including Israel Head of People and EMEA Tech HRBP Lead at ServiceNow from December 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included supporting growth, enhancing employee engagement, and managing post-M&A integration. Keren's experience also includes serving as Head of HR Israel and Global Organization Development Lead at Avaya, as well as HR Business Partner at Amdocs, contributing to strategic HR initiatives and employee development. Earlier career roles included talent acquisition and career counseling positions at Intel Corporation, Adam Milo, and Masterplan-EMTV. Keren holds a BA in Psychology from Tel Aviv University and a Master's degree in Vocational-Organizational Psychology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, alongside additional training in Group Facilitation and Organizational Leadership from Reichman University.
