Mark Jackson has a diverse work experience, primarily in the technology and consulting industries. Mark started their career at Accenture in 1991, where they held various roles such as Analyst, Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager. During this time, they delivered large-scale change programs and led strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. In 2009, Mark joined Intuit, where they served as the Director and later the Vice President of Business Services in the Small Business Division. Mark then became the Vice President of Intuit Business Services, leading the internal consulting organization and driving the adoption of enterprise services across the company. Mark's most recent role at Intuit was Head of Global Sales Operations, where they were responsible for implementing capabilities that enhance sales effectiveness and customer experience.
Mark Jackson completed an Executive Education Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, which they completed from 1987 to 1991.
