Melisa Olmos

Melisa Olmos is currently the Assistant General Counsel for M&A at Intuit, where they oversee legal matters related to mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Melisa served as Corporate Counsel for M&A at Salesforce, advising on global M&A activities and managing complex deal processes. They began their legal career as a Paralegal Intern at the National Labor Relations Board and have since worked in various legal capacities, including as an Associate at prominent firms like Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and Paul Hastings. Melisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Oberlin College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
