Meng Chen

Meng Chen is a highly experienced professional in artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as a Principal AI Scientist at Intuit, focusing on GenAI applications in TurboTax since March 2023. Prior to this, Meng Chen was a Machine Learning Engineer at DoorDash, leading personalized discovery for new business verticals, and held the position of Techlead for the core ranking team at Facebook Marketplace. With a significant tenure at Intuit from 2013 to 2020, Meng Chen advanced from Data Scientist to Principal Data Scientist, leading efforts in natural language understanding for customer support chatbots. Earlier experience includes research assistance at the Center for Complex Biological Systems and internships in business intelligence and data analysis.
