Michael Daniels

Michael Daniels is a highly skilled machine learning engineer with extensive experience in the artificial intelligence and machine learning domain. Currently serving as Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Intuit since January 2025, Michael has previously held key positions including Specialist Solutions Architect Lead at Amazon Web Services from April 2022 to January 2025, and Lead AI/ML Engineer at Sagence AI from October 2021 to April 2022. A brief contract as VP of Engineering at Secomind.ai occurred in July 2021, preceded by work as an Engineer and Data Scientist with The CBR Group, Inc. from July 2019 to July 2021. Michael holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
