Nicole Lerner has extensive experience in talent and compensation roles across several companies. At Calix, Nicole held multiple positions including Recruiting Coordinator and Talent & Culture Business Partner from April to September 2015. Prior to that, an internship as an Audit Intern took place at KPMG in June 2012. Nicole's career progressed at Triple Crown Consulting as an Account Manager from August 2013 to March 2015, followed by a significant tenure at Intuit, starting as a Senior Compensation Analyst in November 2021 and advancing to Staff Compensation Partner beginning in February 2025. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business between 2009 and 2013.
