Ortal has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, having held various positions over a span of more than a decade. Starting as a Recruitment Consultant at Goldman HR and later at Ethosia, Ortal progressed to roles such as HR Recruiter at TSG IT Advanced Systems Ltd. and HRBP at HR Home. Further expertise was gained as a Talent Acquisition and HR professional for UVision Air Ltd. before joining Intuit as a Technical Recruiter, eventually advancing to Staff Technical Recruiter in San Diego, California. Ortal holds a BA from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA from the College of Management.
