Pradeep Kalla is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit management and risk analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Credit for Intuit Card, Pradeep previously held key positions such as Chief Credit Officer at Deserve and Head of Credit at Figure, where responsibilities included developing underwriting strategies and credit risk management for diverse financial products. With a background that includes managing lending programs for fintech startups at AQN Strategies, overseeing market risk and credit governance at Capital One, and revenue forecasting at Barclays, Pradeep has demonstrated expertise in enhancing credit decision frameworks and mitigating financial risks. Pradeep holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master in Operations Research from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
