Shane Tighe is a Senior XD Researcher who relocated from Ireland to the Greater Toronto Area four years ago and has been working in Customer Experience since. Currently, Shane leads the Customer Experience Team in North America at TradeGecko, focusing on driving satisfaction, adoption, and retention while reducing churn. Shane’s previous roles include leadership and support positions at TradeGecko and a variety of customer service roles at companies like HMV Retail Ltd and Beanfield Metroconnect. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music, Media, and Performance Technology from the University of Limerick.
