Sharon Lin

Sharon Lin, CCP, PHR, is the Senior Manager of Compensation at Intuit, where they focus on data-driven and process-oriented strategies in the compensation space. Previously, Sharon held various roles including Compensation Program Manager at TriNet and Manager of Compensation at Twitter. They also gained experience as a Compensation Analyst at IBM and served in HR roles at Standard Chartered Bank and NKK Limited Company. Sharon's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Business Administration from National Taipei University. Prior to their current role, Sharon contributed to leadership at AIESEC and volunteered with Twin Cities RISE!.
