Shilpi Agarwal

Shilpi Agarwal is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in driving technological innovations and efficiency across major technology firms. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Intuit and as an Advisor at blindfold.ai, Shilpi's focus is on leveraging AI to enhance career development and reduce hiring biases. Previously, at Meta, Shilpi led AI Infrastructure initiatives that significantly improved operational efficiencies, while at Uber, Shilpi founded and managed the Integrity team to enhance compliance and fraud prevention. Shilpi's early career at VMware included roles from Staff Engineer to Director of R&D in Networking and Security, where Shilpi contributed to advanced networking technologies. Shilpi holds a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed an Engineering Leadership program at the University of California, Berkeley.
