Sumit Poddar

Sumit Poddar is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading teams and managing product lines in high-revenue environments. Currently serving as Group Product Manager at Intuit since 2017, Sumit oversees QuickBooks Online Payroll and leads a team managing the QuickBooks Services product line, which serves over 2 million customers and generates more than $1 billion in revenue. Prior to Intuit, Sumit held various leadership roles at Cisco from 2001 to 2017, culminating in the position of Director of Product Management and Marketing, where oversight of product management functions and a global team was instrumental in transforming broadcast TV technologies. Sumit holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Analytical Finance from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
