Thomas Hale

Thomas Hale is a business-focused global thought leader and organizational driver in enterprise investigative and due diligence programs. With extensive leadership experience in security, crisis management, and incident response, they currently lead corporate investigations, overseeing the global application of investigative practices and threat management at Intuit. Hale has a strong background in developing policies for insider threat programs, workplace violence prevention, and ethics initiatives. They have also contributed to community mentoring and entrepreneur training in economically challenged regions. Thomas holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Cybersecurity Policy and an MSc in Risk, Crisis, & Disaster Management.
