Tom Lin

Tom Lin currently serves as a Manager of Corporate Strategy at Intuit, a role held since October 2022. Prior to this, Tom was a Consultant at Bain & Company from January 2021 to September 2022 and held a Post-MBA Intern position at The Nature Conservancy in early 2021. Tom's previous experience at Bain & Company includes a Summer Associate role in 2019. From February 2013 to July 2018, Tom worked at Accenture, initially as a Product Manager, where notable achievements included designing eligibility determination software and leading a team to maintain significant federal funding for Ohio's Cash Assistance program. Earlier at Accenture, Tom also served as a Business Analyst and Software Engineer, focusing on redesigning processes for state welfare delivery and implementing ACA requirements. Tom holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Duke University, specializing in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical & Computer Engineering.
