Victoria Murphy

Victoria Murphy is an experienced leader in people analytics, research, and technology. Currently serving as Vice President at Intuit since March 2023, Victoria previously held senior roles at Cisco from 1999 to March 2023, including Senior Director of Digital Experience, where responsibilities included transforming digital capabilities in support of Cisco’s people practices. Victoria also directed HR transformation efforts, leading a large team to implement global HCM cloud and payroll solutions, and guided the Global People Data & Analytics team in providing strategic insights. Victoria's educational background includes an MBA in International Business and Technology Management from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and a B.A. in Political Economies of Industrial Societies from the University of California, Berkeley.
