Mumpy Banerjee

Mumpy Banerjee is currently the Head of People Analytics Products at Intuitive Surgical, leading a team to create and deliver data products for HR decision making. Prior to this role, Mumpy worked as a Senior Business Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Developer, and Senior Consultant at VMware, creating People Analytics products to support HR programs. With experience as an HR Business Partner at HP and Infosys Ltd., Mumpy has a strong background in managing HR activities for large client groups. Additionally, Mumpy has a diverse educational background, including a MBA from West Bengal University of Technology and currently pursuing an Applied Data Science Program at MIT Professional Education.
