Rakesh Murthy is an accomplished engineer specializing in complex robotics systems development. They held key positions at leading organizations, including Apple as a Senior Technologist for Autonomous Systems and as a Lead Mechatronics Engineer at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where they led the motion control sub-system development for the Mars Sample Return mission. Rakesh also founded a robotics consultancy, Sequoia Robotics, and contributed to advanced robotics research during their tenure as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington.
