Sujit Bhide

Sujit Bhide is a Program Management Leader at Intuitive Surgical since July 2023, where the focus is on developing and marketing robotic products for minimally invasive surgery. Previously, Sujit served as a Senior Program Manager at GRAIL, Inc. from October 2018 to July 2023, transforming the organization to adopt lean/agile methods for predictable product development. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Engineering Program Manager at Amazon Lab126, leading new product development for hardware devices, and training over 500 employees globally on the product development process. Sujit also held the position of Senior Technical Program Manager at Synaptics Incorporated, directing hardware/software programs and launching innovative 3D touch technology. Early career experience includes program management at COMET Technologies USA, where Sujit managed the complete product cycle for major customers and established phase gate processes for product development. Sujit holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University.
