Todd West has over two decades of experience in field service management, currently serving as Director of US Field Service at Intuitive since November 2001, with previous roles including Senior Manager and Regional Service Manager. Prior to Intuitive, Todd served as an Avionics Technician in the US Navy from February 1998 to February 2001. Todd holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Management, Strategy & Leadership from Michigan State University, a Master of Professional Studies in Political Management from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Phoenix. Todd also completed technical training in Aviation Electronics as part of the US Navy.
