Mathieu Tessier

Mathieu Tessier has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Mathieu started their career in 2006 as an IT Infrastructure Administrator at Haka Solutions, where they designed and implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX infrastructures. Mathieu also provided technical support for multiple implementation projects.

In 2012, Mathieu joined Prival as an IT Infrastructure Administrator, where they performed various migrations and implemented new technologies to meet customer needs. Mathieu managed Storage Area Network (SAN) and VMware infrastructure.

From 2012 to 2014, Mathieu worked as a Senior IT Infrastructure Administrator at S3 Technologies Inc. Mathieu led IT projects, built project plans, and delivered cost-benefit analysis for system upgrades and migrations. Mathieu also designed system architecture and specifications based on customer requirements.

In 2014, Mathieu joined Hitachi Solutions Canada as a Senior IT Infrastructure Consultant. Mathieu advocated for and drove adoption of public cloud services, specifically Azure, in organizations. Mathieu provided expertise in delivering infrastructure services on Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS and designed solutions for business continuity, security, networking, and storage.

Since 2017, Mathieu has been working at InTWO. Mathieu initially served as a D365 F&O Technical Lead, managing a large-scale D365 F&O ecosystem hosted in Azure. Mathieu was responsible for implementation projects, application upgrades, and operations. Currently, they hold the role of Azure Cloud Architect and Team Lead, where they recommend and designs solutions around Cloud Security, Service Quality, Scalability, Privacy, Risk Mitigation, Capacity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Control, and Monitoring. Mathieu also leads the team responsible for deploying infrastructure as code, establishing development principles and patterns, and following DevOps philosophy.

Mathieu Tessier obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from École de technologie supérieure from 2005 to 2006. Before that, they completed a D.E.C in Network and System Administration/Administrator at Cégep Édouard-Montpetit from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, Mathieu has earned several certifications, including MCSA: SQL 2016 Database Administration - Certified 2018 from Microsoft, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert in 2020, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate in 2019, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate in 2020, and HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate in 2021.
