Neyva Cisneros

Neyva Cisneros began their work experience as a Customer Service Representative at Allstate from January 2005 to February 2007. Neyva then worked as a Writing Facilitator at UCSD Office of Academic Support and Instructional Services from April 2008 to June 2012, conducting writing workshops and assisting with tutor training. From March 2009 to September 2012, they worked as a Desktop Support employee at UCSD Student Affairs Technology Services, managing and troubleshooting workstations. Neyva also served as a Systems Engineer at California Family Health Council from September 2012 to January 2022, where they installed and managed printers, configured Cisco phones, and set up staff accounts. At Essential Access Health, Neyva held the role of Systems Administrator and Engineer from January 2018 to January 2022, where they migrated users to a remote environment, addressed network security incidents, led an internship program, and provided phone support using Cisco Unity and Call Manager. Currently, Neyva is working as a Cloud Systems Engineer at InTWO starting in January 2022.

Neyva Cisneros attended California High School from 2002 to 2006, graduating with a High School Diploma. Following this, they pursued higher education at UC San Diego from 2007 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Public Law.
